For years, I struggled with IBS, skin issues, anxiety, depression, and autoimmune challenges. Through my own healing journey, I discovered that true wellness isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about reconnecting with yourself on a deeper level. When we align the mind, body, and soul, healing becomes a natural process rather than a destination.

I’m a certified health coach through the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine, and I’m passionate about guiding others back to alignment—rooted in my own experience of feeling completely misaligned, sick, and disconnected from myself. My approach addresses every layer of your health—focusing on mindful nutrition, gentle detoxification, nervous system balance, holistic healing practices, and realignment through a root-cause, mind-body approach.

My mission is to empower you to become your own healer. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I provide guidance, tools, and practices to help you reconnect with your body and intuition.
